Your Role

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Provide customer support and incident management for IT systems and services.

• Manage and troubleshoot web applications and frameworks including AngularJS and HTML.

• Support CRM systems and ensure smooth client management processes.

• Implement ITIL-based service management practices.

• Handle data formats, file formats, and data processing tasks.

• Ensure compliance with industrial standards and security protocols.

• Collaborate with teams to support change management and IT operations.

• Utilize WITSML and XML for data exchange and integration.

• Maintain and develop websites and web applications.

• Support users and manage service requests effectively.
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT service management.

• Strong understanding of web development, data management, and ITIL practices.

• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
