Requirements:

✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Required)
✔ Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 4 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
✔ Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Technical Support
✔ Expert in Flash Fiber network
✔ Preference will be given to candidates having experience with competitor networks

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve customer complaints efficiently
Conduct deep analysis of Flash Fiber key parameters to ensure top-quality network performance
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: Rs. 37,000 + Incentives up to Rs. 15,000
