Associate IT Support Officer

Job Overview:
As a vital part of CureMD’s IT team, the Associate IT Support Officer will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Acting as the first line of support, this role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of CureMD’s LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor system performance and configurations to maintain network security and stability.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to IT workflow enhancements.
- Assist in hardware procurement and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory through the designated software portal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows, and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and IT security best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented IT support environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users and collaborate with IT teams.
