Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Office-Based

About the Role:
Logix Solutions is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for our valued client in the solar energy sector where you will be responsible for assisting customers and solar installers over the phone with issues related to Solar Inverters and Lithium Batteries. Freshers are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-customers and solar installers via phone regarding product settings, faults, and installations.
- Redirect customers to their nearest service center when necessary.
- Apply knowledge of Electrical and Electronics systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and support activities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of product documentation and manuals.
- Support R&D teams by helping manage and document physical complaints of products received at the Head Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience
- freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in Power Electronics or Solar Inverters is a plus (not mandatory).
