Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Fresh to 1 Year
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/BSCS/Electronics/ IT, or related field
Certifications: CCNA (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to customers for internet connectivity and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely and on-site if needed.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams for further assistance.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
  • Coordinate with field teams and other departments for swift issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/BSCS/Electronics/ IT, or related field.
  • CCNA certification is mandatory.
  • Fresh to 1 year of experience in a technical support or NOC role in the ISP or telecom sector.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and WAN/LAN technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Job timings / Place of work:

  • Full Time (Rotational Shifts)
  • Onsite ( Karachi-based )
