Technical Support Engineer

Job Profile requires the candidates to address project and service delivery requirements of our customers over a range of technologies that include Servers, Operating System, Active Directory, Email Solutions, Security and Network Infrastructure Solutions, Storage Appliances and Data Management Solutions. You would be reporting to the Location Team Lead and would be responsible for closing all the Helpdesk tickets with in TAT. There would be continuous training to keep our technical team best in the industry.

Experience required: 2 to 4 years

Educational Qualifications: Diploma and above

Soft skill: Good communication skills and ability to handle customers and gaining their confidence.

Additional Requirements: Two wheeler.

Salary: As per Industry Standards.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
