Your Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have key responsibilities.

Responsible for the technical support and service work for the headquarters to connect with overseas regions.

Follow up business opportunities, facilitate the implementation of pre-sales projects, and work with local teams to complete KPIs.

Lead the product access compliance management in the responsible region.

Product training, explore customer needs and pain points, and cooperate with sales staff to complete distributor product training.

Product management, push the R&D department and the marketing department to complete the release of overseas products and related documents.

Cooperate with local sales team to provide necessary support.
What We're Looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
-
3 years or above working as ELV presales and support Engineer, familiar with CCTV, Access control, intercom or other related ELV system and product
-
CCNA, or pass other security manufacturer certified training is preferred
-
Experience in dealing with Projects management

Experience in Product selection and solution design
-
Excellent public speaking skills and Good at making presentations

Capable to deal with both pre-sales and after sales support

Sensitive and always updated to new technology

Strong logic and a sharp ability to locate technical issues

Enthusiastic and responsible
-
Good command on written and spoken English, experience in making testing reports and feedback would be an advantage
