About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to international clients via calls, email, and chat. Strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients through calls, emails, and live chat (English communication required)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system-related issues
• Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical clients in a professional manner
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets within defined service-level standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
