Job Title: Tech Support Executive – L2 (International Experience)
Location: Coimbatore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: US Shift
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for Windows desktops and laptops (hardware & software)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, IMAP email accounts, and mobile email
  • Perform root cause analysis using logical probing and critical thinking
  • Deliver remote technical support to users with varying technical expertise
  • Assist non-technical users with patience, clarity, and empathy
  • Troubleshoot and manage network printers and print servers
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for escalations and systemic issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Desktop Support / L2 Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with email configuration and email protocols
  • Proficiency in printer setup, print server management, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with non-technical users
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 20-28k CTC Based on Experience
