Role Requirements

About the Role

ByteReboot Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic freshers and entry-level professionals for the position of Technical Support Engineer (Voice). This role provides practical exposure to real-world IT infrastructure, hands-on customer troubleshooting, and international voice support for US/Canada clients. It is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation in IT support while enhancing customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic hardware and software issues
• Assist customers via voice and chat by providing clear, step-by-step solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system, device, and network-related concerns
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and required software
• Utilize remote support tools to deliver effective customer assistance
• Accurately document customer issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the system
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in the deployment and support of new tools, applications, and technologies
• Perform basic system and safety checks as required

Qualifications

• Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (IT / Computer Science)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic working knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools or helpdesk software is an added advantage
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco) will be considered a plus

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
• Mode: In-office only (Face-to-face interview mandatory)
