Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive with expertise in VICIdial deployment, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining VICIdial environments for outbound call center operations.
You will be responsible for deploying production-ready dialers, configuring clusters, ensuring security, and providing technical support to multiple BPOs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain VICIdial systems.
- Design and implement VICIdial cluster setups on dedicated servers for multi-client BPO operations.
- Manage end-to-end VICIdial configurations including user/agent creation, campaign setup, outbound routing, and SIP trunk integration.
- Configure and manage VICIdial firewalls using dynamic portals for enhanced security and flexibility.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for dialer environments.
- Monitor system health and ensure maximum uptime and cost-performance optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to support call center operations.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in VICIdial deployment and administration.
- Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and dialer routing configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of cloud-based telecommunication solutions and services.
- Prior experience working in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO/Call Center environments.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations with VICIdial.
