· Accomplishes sales support objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
· Manage, lead, and support the daily activities of the inside sales department and supporting departments.
· Responsible for hiring and managing performance of assigned departmental employees.
· Responsible for employee development, formalized and scheduled training programs for assigned employees.
· Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring departmental goals and KPIs.
· Settle standardization system for Customer Data Base, Filing Systems, Resources and tools of Sales Support Team.
· Offers revisions and approve orders.
· Responsible for Process Improvement.
· Support other departments as needed or workload permits.
· Special projects as assigned.
· Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals
· Analyze and evaluate performance of each department members which will be affected directly the appraisal results.
· Perform with VP to prepare and execute detailed presentations, tactics, metric, systems and action plans.
· Prepare and maintain entire quarterly commission reports
· Develop standard presentations, sales support materials, reports and case studies.

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
