Job Purpose:
  
  To provide advanced technical support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving vehicle issues across the company’s automotive brands. The role ensures timely and accurate assistance to service technicians and customers, enhances workshop productivity, and upholds Kanoo’s high service standards.
 
   Key Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Provide in-depth technical support to workshop technicians and service advisors for complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  
- 
   Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and communicate solutions through detailed technical reports.
  
- 
   Liaise with manufacturer technical teams for escalated cases, warranty claims, and technical bulletins.
  
- 
   Conduct on-site inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify repair accuracy and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
  
- 
   Assist in developing and delivering training to technical teams on new vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and service procedures.
  
- 
   Maintain and update company’s technical database with troubleshooting procedures, product updates, and diagnostic results.
  
- 
   Ensure all support activities comply with Bahrain Labour Law and safety regulations.
  
- 
   Provide technical feedback to Product, Service, and Quality Control departments to improve service processes.
  
   Qualifications & Experience:
  
- 
   Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
  
- 
   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or service engineering (GCC experience preferred).
  
- 
   Advanced knowledge of vehicle electronics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical systems.
  
- 
   Experience with OEM diagnostic software is an advantage.
  
- 
   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
- 
   Proficiency in MS Office and automotive service systems (DMS/CRM).
