About the Role:

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to support hardware configuration, imaging, asset management, and end-user technical operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on technical ability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. A strong daily focus on meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily delivery deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Unbox and rebox hardware for imaging and deployment.
  • Prepare laptops and desktops for imaging.
  • Perform asset management and inventory control/audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Provide professional written and verbal communication.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support and administration
  • Remote technical administration and end-user support
  • Experience with Windows 10 (or later operating systems)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCCM
  • Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory.

Work Model: Onsite – 5 Days per Week (Monday through Friday)

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$30,000–40,000 annually]/[$20.00-24.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
