Technical Support Staff

We are looking for a Technical Support Staff to provide basic technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support users with software, hardware, and system-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or ticket system
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Escalate complex issues to higher support teams
• Maintain support records and documentation
• Assist users with system usage and access issues

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of computers, OS, and networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Freshers can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
