Technical Systems Architect (Implementation)

Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Systems Architect (Implementation).
• You will work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to implement and maintain automation systems, integrations, and marketing infrastructure across platforms such as GoHighLevel, n8n, and Meta Ads Manager.
• This role is ideal for someone with a software or computer science background who enjoys working with APIs, integrations, and workflows, but does not want a traditional backend engineering or product development role.
• You will be responsible for executing clearly defined systems, not designing core architecture or owning product strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Integrations

• Build and maintain workflows in n8n and GoHighLevel based on detailed specifications
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors
• Read and interpret API documentation to configure and troubleshoot integrations
• Handle authentication methods such as API keys, tokens, and basic OAuth flows
• Test, debug, and validate automation workflows for reliability

Funnels & Systems Implementation

• Build and modify funnels, landing pages, and forms inside GoHighLevel
• Connect funnels to automations, CRMs, and third-party tools
• Ensure tracking, redirects, and integrations function correctly

Meta Ads Manager (Technical Setup Only)

• Implement campaigns, ad sets, and ads using provided instructions
• Configure pixels, conversion events, and tracking parameters
• QA links, events, and integrations prior to launch

This role does not involve media buying strategy, targeting decisions, or budget ownership.

Technical Operations & Documentation

• Maintain clean system structure, naming conventions, and version control
• Assist with system documentation and SOP creation
• Support troubleshooting of live systems when issues arise

What This Role Is Not

• Not a senior software engineering role
• Not a backend application development position
• Not a database administration or DevOps role
• Not a paid ads strategist or marketing decision-maker

This role focuses on implementation, integration, and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• or a closely related technical field
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs and webhooks
• JSON data structures
• Authentication methods (API keys, tokens)
• Experience with automation or integration tools such as:
• n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions accurately

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
• Experience working with Meta Ads Manager at a technical setup level
• Prior experience supporting automation or integration-heavy systems
