QA Engineer

About the Role
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth functionality across our platform. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to maintain product reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues

Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects

Test API integrations and third-party integrations

Ensure product quality across web applications and cloud environments

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA documentation

Requirements

2+ years of experience in QA or software testing

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and testing processes

Experience with manual and automation testing tools

Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients, etc.)

Experience working with SaaS or web-based applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience testing AI/ML based applications

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
