Job Position- Technical Training Content & LMS Specialist

Role Summary:

Design, develop, and manage scalable digital learning content and learning management platforms to deliver engaging technical training for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical training materials: guides, decks, job aids.
• Develop training videos, micro-learning modules, and e-learning content.
• Administer and manage LMS platforms.
• Build structured learning paths, certification programs, and gamified learning experiences.
• Maintain content quality and timely updates according to SLAs.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and effective training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years in instructional design, technical training, or enablement.
• LMS administration experience.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience creating training videos and gamified content.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical content for learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
