Technical Trainer – Civil

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Diploma in Civil, ITI in civil, Diploma in Building construction.
• Certified Active Trainers by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation)
• Certified Inactive Trainers by NSDC (with expired registration but relevant experience)
• TI Teachers – currently employed or retired
• Experienced Industry Professionals with hands-on practical work experience in their respective trades such as Masonry, Carpentry, Bar Bending, etc.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skill training sessions as per prescribed curriculum and standards.
• Design and develop training content, lesson plans, and practical modules relevant to the trade.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including training partners, assessment agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Maintain and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for training delivery, documentation, and reporting.
• Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance norms during training activities.
• Support in organizing assessments, industry visits, and placement coordination as required.

Job Type: Part-time / Contract

Monthly Salary: 25,000 to 45,000
