THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer who can mentor, guide, and teach aspiring designers. If you have a flair for teaching and industry experience in user-centered design, this is your opportunity to shape the next generation of UI/UX designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in UI/UX concepts (design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, etc.)
• Create and update training materials, presentations, and course content.
• Design practical assignments, projects, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure course content aligns with industry trends and best practices.
• Guide students in building and optimizing their own design projects.
• Evaluate participants' performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support learners in skill improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Guide students on career paths, certifications, and interview preparation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional experience in UI/UX design (agency, startup, or freelance)
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to think outside the box, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling campaigns.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for learners at different skill levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate designs into basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

• 1 year of hands-on experience as UI/UX designer preferred.
• 1 year of training experience preferred.
