Technical Trainers/Tutors

We are seeking experienced and qualified Freelance Technical Trainers to deliver high‑quality practical and theoretical training across multiple construction and MEP disciplines.

Available Training Streams:

• Mechanical & Plumbing: Plumbing, HVAC Systems
• Electrical & Control: General Electrical, ELV, BMS
• Civil Trades: Painting, Carpentry, Masonry

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, engaging practical and theoretical training sessions.
• Assess trainee competencies and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Update and enhance training materials in line with current industry standards and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on industry experience in the relevant trade.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language; multilingual capability is an advantage.
• Certification: Relevant qualifications or vocational certifications are preferred.
• Availability: Open to short‑term assignments, weekend workshops, or full‑time training engagements.
