We are looking for experienced and passionate HSE Trainers with a strong background in safety training and certifications to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training programs as per company standards
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and reports
• Support in course development and continuous improvement
• Ensure training delivery aligns with international safety standards
• Travel to various client sites and countries as per assignment

Requirements

• 2–4 years of site experience in the HSE field (Construction / Oil & Gas preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering safety training
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Willingness to travel internationally for training assignments
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / Fire & Safety will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
• Company vehicle provided- Visa + Medical Insurance
