Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer – GCP, Red Hat & DevOps to design and deliver comprehensive, high-quality training programs for enterprise-level clients across global locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in GCP, Red Hat & DevOps administration and related technologies, with a strong focus – GCP, Red Hat & DevOps environments.

This is a work-from-home role, requiring the trainer to conduct virtual training sessions using modern digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver instructor-led, hands-on training programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and DevOps technologies for corporate and professional learners

· Conduct in-depth training on core GCP services including Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, GKE, CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring & Logging

· Provide Red Hat training covering RHEL administration, shell scripting, networking, user & group management, package management, SELinux, and firewall configuration

· Deliver DevOps training on Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD automation

· Design and execute hands-on labs, real-world production scenarios, assignments, and assessments

· Assess learner skill levels and customize training delivery based on participant needs and business objectives

· Mentor learners throughout the training lifecycle, resolve technical queries, and ensure effective knowledge transfer

· Evaluate learner performance and provide structured, actionable feedback

· Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course content, lab environments, documentation, and delivery methodologies

· Stay updated with the latest cloud, Linux, DevOps tools, certifications, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Engineer certification is strongly preferred.

· Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is mandatory.

· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or an equivalent Kubernetes certification is strongly preferred.

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and DevOps tools

· Strong practical expertise in cloud infrastructure, Linux system administration, containerization, and automation

· Proven experience delivering instructor-led virtual or classroom training

· Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot real-world cloud and DevOps environments

· Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

· Strong documentation skills with experience creating training decks, labs, case studies, and assessments

· Comfortable delivering training using virtual platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom

· Strong problem-solving mindset and learner-focused approach

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs when required.
• Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.
• Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.
• Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,345.00 - AED11,017.00 per month
