Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer
with a strong background in preparing and writing technical reports within the
Information Technology
sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
3 years of experience
in technical writing, with a
preference for those with experience in managing tenders and preparing technical proposals (RFPs/RFQs).
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and write clear, structured, and professional technical reports related to IT projects and solutions.

Develop and structure proposal documents for tenders, ensuring compliance with required standards and formats.

Collaborate with technical and project teams to gather and organize relevant data and input.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and document libraries.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of
3 years of experience
in technical writing, specifically within the IT sector.

Excellent writing and communication skills in
Arabic
(English is a strong plus).

Familiarity with
tender documentation
and experience working on
RFPs, RFQs
, and similar technical submissions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content/document management tools.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred:

Prior experience working with government entities or large IT solution providers.

Knowledge of local standards and compliance requirements related to proposal submissions.
