Purpose:
We are looking for a
Technical Writer & Publications Specialist
to join our Global Operation Support Team.
You will collaborate with application engineers, SMEs, and technical experts to:

Create and publish
manuals, procedures, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and training materials.

Develop modern
Technology-Based Training (TBT)
content (video, animation, VR/AR modules).

Maintain and structure a
centralized technical documentation library
used by all business units.
Your work will directly to support field operations, training programs, and engineering excellence across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Writing & Publications
-
Work with Operation Support Engineers and Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) to author and publish:
-
Engineering manuals & troubleshooting guides.
-
Technical bulletins & field alerts.
-
Procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
-
Technical abstracts, case studies, and knowledge papers.
-
Ensure all published materials are clear, structured, and aligned with engineering standards.
Multimedia & Training Support

Develop Technology-Based Training (TBT) content, including videos, animations, and VR/AR interactive learning modules.

Collaborate with engineers to translate complex technical knowledge into user-friendly training material.
Documentation Database & Version Control

Maintain a rigid, centralized document database to ensure accessibility across business units.

Implement strict revision control and classification standards.

Guarantee that all documents are accurate, traceable, and properly archived.
Global Collaboration

Partner with global technical support teams, Field quality coach, manufacturing experts, and regional operations.

Act as the bridge between technical experts and end users, ensuring information flows efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor (or higher) degree in any Science/Engineering discipline – preferred candidate with degree in Technical Writing.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical writing, publications, or knowledge management — preferably in oilfield services or engineering environments.

Demonstrated ability to prepare manuals, bulletins, procedures, and training materials.

Proficiency in document publishing systems and content management tools.
-
Experience creating videos, animations, or VR/AR-based training content is a plus.
-
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
-
Strong organizational ability and passion for delivering high-quality technical content.
