Duties
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues, working efficiently to minimize downtime for customers
- Accurately document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for tracking and future reference
- Collaborate with the Call Center, Installation Tech, and NOC teams to escalate complex issues and follow through to ensure full resolution.
- Deliver high-quality service by maintaining a positive attitude, clear communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of computer management and desktop support.
- Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in tech, call center, or customer service is preferred.
- Must have good documentation skills and a willingness to learn!
- Excellent customer service and patience is essential
- Strong communication skills with customers on the phone/good overall phone skills.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Schedule & Pay
- Wednesday–Sunday | 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Starting pay: $19/hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Benefits available after successful 90 days of employment.
- This is an in office position with no remote opportunity.
Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements that include a drug test. We are a dog friendly work environment!
