Technical/Customer Support Representative

Duties

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues, working efficiently to minimize downtime for customers
  • Accurately document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for tracking and future reference
  • Collaborate with the Call Center, Installation Tech, and NOC teams to escalate complex issues and follow through to ensure full resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality service by maintaining a positive attitude, clear communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Experience

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer management and desktop support.
  • Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background in tech, call center, or customer service is preferred.
  • Must have good documentation skills and a willingness to learn!
  • Excellent customer service and patience is essential
  • Strong communication skills with customers on the phone/good overall phone skills.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Schedule & Pay

  • Wednesday–Sunday | 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Starting pay: $19/hour, paid bi-weekly.
  • Benefits available after successful 90 days of employment.
  • This is an in office position with no remote opportunity.

Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements that include a drug test. We are a dog friendly work environment!
