Job Identification

We are looking for a Technician to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Karachi.


What We Expect

  • Perform pre-installation visits to assess site conditions and recommend infrastructural requirements for machine installation.
  • Supervise installation of Post Mix Machines and RO Units at commercial locations.
  • Address and resolve all technical complaints related to Post Mix Machines and RO Units.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address recurring PMM issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective complaint resolution.
  • Conduct Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) procedures for Post Mix Machines as per the defined schedule.
  • Execute periodic preventive maintenance for both Post Mix Machines and RO Units to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct McDonald's audits and Quality Management Practices (QMPs) across the market.
  • Perform Food & Beverage Quality Index (FBQI) and Food Hygiene Quality Index (FHQI) audits to maintain high standards.
  • Carry out Cooler Back Checks to ensure equipment compliance and performance.
