Technician

Technicians have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Install and configure the problem of the product
• Technicians install products, ensuring they function correctly. They perform routine maintenance to prevent malfunctions and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are operating optimally
• Assist clients and guiding them through steps to solve technical problems
• Repair or replace damaged hardware and rectify issues
• Provide detailed reports on the status of the product.
• Ensure data security by setting up firewalls and password protection
• Technicians must adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing their duties to ensure a safe working environment.
