Technician

· To ensure of all staff accommodation's mechanical and electrical appliances are working fine throughout the time.

· hands on all other maintenance whatever required or assign by management.

· hands of loading and unloading.

· to make sure work site is clean after job done.

· coordinating with outsource maintenance companies.

· coordinating with pest control team.

· following maintenance schedule set by supervisor.

· taking care staff's belongings while working in staff accommodation's rooms.

· Periodic AC servicing.

· periodic servicing of all mechanical and electrical appliances.\

· to make sure of using right spare parts to make asset's life long.

· Coordinating with accommodation stewards.

· ensuring common areas lighting system.

· knowledge on sustainability and environmental stewardship.

· keeping the work tools clean and in useable condition all the time.

· keep the work place clean all the time.
