  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances, such as cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Install new commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring proper connections to utilities and adherence to safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools, ordering replacements as needed to maintain a well-stocked service vehicle and workshop.
