Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions in a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and refrigeration units, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances, such as cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Install new commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring proper connections to utilities and adherence to safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
