· Conduct thorough inspections and tests to determine the root cause of electrical & electronics, or performance issues.

· Perform repair and maintenance tasks.

· Maintain an inventory of spare parts, ensuring an adequate supply of commonly used components. Identify and order necessary parts for repairs or replacements and ensure accurate documentation.

· Adhere to manufacturer-recommended service and maintenance schedules. Perform routine inspections, and other preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of the equipment.

· Conduct thorough testing and performance checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards. Verify that reparations meet or exceed customer expectations.

· Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen to their concerns, answer questions, and provide clear explanations of repair processes and recommended maintenance practices. Offer guidance on optimizing the performance and longevity of the equipment.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. Complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation. Provide detailed reports to his line manager.

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper procedures for handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations when disposing of waste materials.
