Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of food service equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The Technician will also respond to service calls, keep detailed records of work performed, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of food service equipment
• Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Preventative maintenance skills
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Technical certification or relevant training in mechanics, electronics, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
