Technician - Maintenance

To ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all equipment systems within the electric water heater and plastic plants through regular maintenance and repair activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all systems are set up correctly and safely.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall plant efficiency.

Education

B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial or Quality Engineering

Experience

Minimum four years of experience in manufacturing plants.

Language

Fluency in Arabic and English.
