*Technician (Mechanical Maintenance)*

*Key Responsibilities*:

· Perform regular and preventive maintenance on Multi Head embroidery machines to ensure smooth and reliable performance.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in Multi Head machines.

· Assist in the installation, setup, calibration, and alignment of new machines.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and machine performance.

· Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.

· Support continuous improvement by recommending technical upgrades or process improvements.

· Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

· Work shape process involvement & support

Additional Skills Required:

· Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance of multi-head embroidery machines.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings and machine layouts.

· Strong MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.

· Basic data analysis ability to track performance trends and identify problem areas.

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Upgrade with new technology/modification in the field.

DAE – Mechanical

*Experience*:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.,

*Location*: 15km Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
