Technician (Watch, Shoe, Key, and Bag Repair)

Job Summary

Arabian HR Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Repair Technician to join our client's team in Qatar. The ideal candidate is a meticulous craftsperson with proven expertise across various repair disciplines, committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch Repair: Perform battery replacements, link adjustments, and minor repairs on various timepieces.
• Shoe & Leather Repair: Perform high-quality repairs on footwear and leather goods (bags, belts) including resoling, reheeling, stitching, cleaning, and restoration.
• Key Cutting: Accurately duplicate a wide range of keys using manual and automated key-cutting equipment.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, assess repair needs, provide accurate cost and time estimates, and handle transactions.
• Workshop Maintenance: Maintain and service all machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
