ADVANCED AC TECHNICIAN

Advanced AC Technician performs complex installations, diagnostics, and repairs on sophisticated air conditioning and refrigeration systems, often in large or specialized environments. Responsibilities include interpreting technical diagrams, using advanced diagnostic tools, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with complex safety and environmental regulations, and providing expert customer service. Key skills required are strong technical expertise, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Complex System Management: Install, maintain, and repair advanced HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ducted and ductless units, often involving advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues with a high degree of accuracy.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on complex systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Repair & Replacement: Repair or replace complex components, ensuring all work is compliant with manufacturer specifications and building codes.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics to understand system operations and identify faults.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
• Customer Interaction: Provide clear explanations of system issues and solutions, advise on system improvements, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, other technicians, and management to solve complex problems and ensure project success.
