Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a strong background in banking systems, digital banking, and API integrations. The candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, testing, and supporting banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare BRS/functional documents

Perform API analysis and testing (Open Banking APIs)

Support SIT/UAT testing, regression testing, and defect management

Work on digital banking (internet/mobile banking) implementations

Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and stakeholders

Maintain documentation, user manuals, and process flows

Ensure compliance with data security and banking standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 8+ years of banking IT experience

At least 4 years in digital banking (Retail/Corporate)

Minimum 3 years of API/Open Banking experience

Strong knowledge of Payments and SWIFT standards

Experience with Core Banking systems (Equation preferred)

Hands-on experience in SIT/UAT and test case preparation
