Main Job Responsibilities

Functional Delivery

Analyze business needs to ensure software solutions meet customer objectives by leveraging industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Align development and delivery with the client and Code strategy .

Technical Delivery

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C#, JavaScript, and related technologies .
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Dev tools , including Power Automate, Power Platform, MS SQL, LCS, and DevOps .
Develop and customize:
- SSRS Reports and D365 forms
- User interfaces, endpoints, and APIs for Microsoft Power Platform apps and external systems.
Perform testing, monitor performance, analyze and manipulate data.
Create technical designs, document implementation details, and enforce security and permission policies.

Other Responsibilities

Provide D365 End User Support for Finance and Operations modules (Human Capital, Talent, Finance & Supply Chain).
Support cross-functional project teams (App Development, IT, Operations, Information Security).
Manage release processes and support activities (including occasional after-hours availability agreed by all parties).

Required:
MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer

Preferred:
Dev Associate / Power Platform / CoPilot

Requirements:

Required:
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with expertise in customizing and implementing Dynamics solutions
3+ years of experience as a Technical Development Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O/AX X++, Visual Studio, and related tools
Experience in D365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management concepts and module functionality

Preferred:
Understanding of Web Portal integration, API creation/support, CRM, and custom integrations within company's environment
Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow, Azure
Commitment to building and contributing to a mature IT Apps Team that is cross-skilled, dependable, and well-rounded
