Job Description
We are looking for “Technology&Automation Team Member” who will work within Kocaeli Yenikoy Paint Plant Management.
The expectation from this role is to follow maintenance process of all equipment and systems, following the TPM process and related improvements, conduct relevant investments and maintenance contracts.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the continuity and reliability of equipment and systems
Monitor and analyze efficiency, breakdowns, bottlenecks, and TPM progress during MOS meetings, together with Operational Technology and Automation Team Members
Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including optimization, improvement, and revision actions
Identify and solve chronic failures, especially where expert knowledge is limited, by supporting maintenance teams with technical expertise
Prepare and follow up on investment and revision projects, including technical specifications and timelines
Manage the commissioning process of new projects from start to finish
Create and manage maintenance plans in Maximo for both planned and special maintenance needs
Organize efficiency, localization, and alternative product studies based on spare part usage and consumption analysis
Lead spare part detection activities and support proposal, analysis, and decision-making processes
Prepare and manage EM (Energy Management) and R&M (Repair & Maintenance) budgets
Improve the technical skills of field teams through training and guidance
Prepare maintenance contracts for related equipment and systems
Lead cost reduction projects with end-to-end responsibility
Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are established and maintained in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, and ISO 50001 standards
Follow production processes and support the resolution of bottlenecks and recurring failures
Track new technologies, developments, innovations, and competitor practices in the industry, and implement necessary applications
Participate in feasibility and project studies related to predictive maintenance activities
Provide guidance and support to the Operational Technology and Automation Team to eliminate malfunctions and improve system reliability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or production operations
Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, including construction, conveying systems, lifters, carrying systems, mechanical materials, and welding methods
Strong understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and predictive/preventive maintenance systems
Familiarity with problem-solving methods such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD
Basic knowledge of Solidworks and Catia (optional)
Knowledge of Machinery Safety Systems (optional)
Awareness of communication technologies
Understanding of Health & Safety standards and their importance
Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing principles, and Lean Manufacturing systems
No travel restrictions; willing to relocate or reside in Kocaeli
Compatible with teamwork and flexible working hours
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
