Technology Companies – M&A Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our Technologies Companies M&A group. Candidates should have significant experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions preferably for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
