Technology Coordinator

Technology Coordinator - Financial Services Industry

QUICK FACTS

Location: La Jolla, CA 92037 | Onsite with potential for hybrid work

Pay range: $35–$40 per hour

Shift: Full-time; Monday–Friday, standard office hours

Duration: Temp to hire

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

  • +2 years of technology coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field (or High School diploma with extensive experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Planner) preferred

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

  • Support configuration management, operational reviews, and documentation updates
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract tracking
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and project coordination
  • Help ensure consistent documentation and communication across teams
  • Provide administrative support to technology leadership
