Technology Intern

Key responsibilities

• Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• System and software maintenance: Assist with installing, configuring, updating, and deploying software and hardware, including managing system backups and monitoring performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and system logs.
• Project assistance: Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or the deployment of new applications.
• Security support: Help monitor systems for security threats and assist in implementing security measures.
• Research: Research emerging technologies and potential solutions to technical issues.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
