Job Qualifications

As part of the CBL Team, the TS Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of Business Applications, Business Intelligence/Reporting, and Technology Services.

Education

• Future plans to pursue an accredited Bachelor or Master’s Degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Services Background in Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering or Mathematics.

Experience

• Experience in prior Internship or College Projects in Information Technology Services is preferred

Skills/Certifications/Other

• Able to prioritize, work independently, and effectively manage time and resources.
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy, string commitment to excellence and personal/professional growth
• Effective communication skills: written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills and Office 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel , SharePoint and PowerPoint)

The Successful Candidate will:

• Shadow and assist TS staff in daily activities and duties including troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and recovery
• Provide technical support and solutions for assigned problems, tasks or projects
• Assist with solution / reports development and testing
• Perform introductory programming tasks
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software incidents / issues
• Report status on assigned tasks
• Document resolution or solution delivered
