Role Overview

As a Technology Strategy/Enterprise Architect Consultant within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice, you will work with financial sector clients—particularly public sector and government-owned entities—to drive tech-enabled transformation. You will lead strategic engagements, architect enterprise solutions, and help clients align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving to uncover strategic technology insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology.
• Manage small engagements or workstreams end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and value delivery.
• Support business development and nurture pull-through opportunities.
• Align client business and technology priorities through collaboration.
• Contribute to thought leadership and community of practice initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to steer recommendations and gain buy-in.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in IT/Digital strategy.
• Proven consulting experience or strong in-house enterprise architecture/strategy roles.
• Expertise in IT & Digital strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud.
• Experience in technology advisory or implementation.
• Industry experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management—especially within public sector or government entities.
• Strong data-driven consulting and value realization capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• MBA or equivalent business knowledge is a plus.
