We're looking for people with a Human Capital strategy experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in human capital planning, workforce analytics, and budget management. You'll play a key role in shaping our long-term talent strategy, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to achieve our business goals.
You'll be working on developing and implementing a comprehensive human capital strategies that aligns with our business objectives. This includes:

Manpower Planning
: Forecasting future workforce needs based on current, future needs, and organizational changes.

Budget Planning
: Managing and optimizing the human capital budget, including compensation, benefits, and training costs.

Workforce Analytics
: Using data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to senior leadership.

Talent Management
: Collaborating with HR and business leaders to design and implement programs for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Academics and Certifications:

Bachelor degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a minimum.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
