Core responsibilities

• Outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to introduce products or services, explain benefits and pricing, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Inbound calls: Answering customer questions, addressing issues, and providing support for products or services.
• Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers and follow-up on leads to convert them into sales.
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in a database or CRM system.
• Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieving targets: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and call-handling performance goals.
• Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to improve sales strategies and customer service.
