Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Attend incoming calls from customers regarding construction services, projects, or quotations.
- Explain the company’s construction services, products, and project offerings clearly to clients.
- Generate leads and qualify potential clients in the construction industry.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Support the sales team in achieving targeted leads and conversions.
- Follow up on appointments, quotations, and client inquiries promptly.
- Gather client feedback, requirements, and market insights for ongoing or upcoming construction projects.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams for project updates and client communications.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project workflows to engage clients effectively.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional construction services or solutions when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School or Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Marketing, or related field).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology, materials, and project management.
- Proficient in computer usage and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay motivated, handle rejection, and meet targets.
