Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
  • Attend incoming calls from customers regarding construction services, projects, or quotations.
  • Explain the company’s construction services, products, and project offerings clearly to clients.
  • Generate leads and qualify potential clients in the construction industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targeted leads and conversions.
  • Follow up on appointments, quotations, and client inquiries promptly.
  • Gather client feedback, requirements, and market insights for ongoing or upcoming construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams for project updates and client communications.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project workflows to engage clients effectively.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional construction services or solutions when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School or Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Marketing, or related field).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology, materials, and project management.
  • Proficient in computer usage and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay motivated, handle rejection, and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
