Tele Caller - Female - Hindi speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Explain products and services clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate to the relevant department when needed.
• Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
