Tele Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls
  • Make cold/warm calls to potential clients.
  • Answer incoming customer queries promptly and politely.
  • Pitching & Explaining Products/Services
  • Clearly communicate features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Customize pitch based on customer needs.
  • Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
  • Identify genuine leads and nurture them through follow-up calls.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for sales executives.
  • Handling Objections & Closing
  • Persuade customers, address doubts, and overcome sales objections.
  • Convert conversations into sales or successful appointments.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Provide post-call support when required.
  • Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Data Entry & Reporting
  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer interaction reports.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.
  • Target Achievement
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure call productivity (number of calls/day, conversion ratio).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
