Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Make cold/warm calls to potential clients.
- Answer incoming customer queries promptly and politely.
- Pitching & Explaining Products/Services
- Clearly communicate features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Customize pitch based on customer needs.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
- Identify genuine leads and nurture them through follow-up calls.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for sales executives.
- Handling Objections & Closing
- Persuade customers, address doubts, and overcome sales objections.
- Convert conversations into sales or successful appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Provide post-call support when required.
- Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues.
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer interaction reports.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.
- Target Achievement
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure call productivity (number of calls/day, conversion ratio).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
