Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities :

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting IndiaMART's services packages

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of IndiaMART's services to potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue through selling IndiaMART's services packages

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback for product improvement

Requirements:

- Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence potential customers

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using technology for sales activities

Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (6 days a week)
